Bingjie ZHANG
             &
bingarchitect

In recent years, Bing has been continuously journeying through mountains and islands, seeking dwelling wisdom and construction memories rooted in local cultures. Through a series of experimental constructions and art installations, she collect, refine, and reinterpret these unique local materials and flavors. She is interested in establishing new orders between materials, climate, craftsmanship, and people—allowing space to return to its wildness, spirituality, and organic vitality.

Bingarchitect, founded by Bing in 2021, is a studio that uses architecture as a medium to explore cultural diversity. Bingarchitect is drawn to the narratives behind space, the continuity of time embedded in materials, and the profound adhesion between architecture, nature, culture, and the individual.
